Reservation and Cancellation Policy

If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions please contact us before making a reservation. All cancellations and/or reservation changes are subject to a 1 night cancellation fee. If a refund is requested after 60 days from the online transaction additional wire transfer and other banking fees may be charged.

• You will receive a separate email confirmation and reservation number from the Hotel within 1-2 business days after your credit card clears and your room reservation is confirmed.
• CHECK-IN TIME IS 3 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 12 PM. It is very important to advise us if you will be arriving later than 11 pm. We must make arrangements for late arrivals.
• You must notify us 72 hours prior to your arrival date of any changes to your reservation. Changes are subject to availability.
• There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
• We DO NOT issue refunds for flight cancellations.
• Pets are not permitted at the Hotel. However, we do have a contract with a place to keep animals. Please ask for further information.
• Even though all our hotel is a not smoking area exist nice areas in the hotel destinity to do it.
• For being a rest hotel, we apologize for not accepting children under 12.
